Thank you for your interest in becoming a partner agency or renewing your partner agency agreement with United Way of Southeast Alaska.  We appreciate your commitment to collaborative partnerships that support and enhance health, education and income stability.

New Partner Agency
If you are interested in applying to become a partner agency, please review United Way of Southeast Alaska's conditions for partnership to determine your eligibility, complete the application form (PDF) including all attachments, and return completed application, attachments, and necessary paperwork to United Way of Southeast Alaska by 5:00 PM on Friday, January 31, 2012.

Renewing Partner Agency
If you are interested in renewing your partner agency status, please review United Way of Southeast Alaska’s conditions for partnership to determine your eligibility, complete the application form (PDF) including all attachments, and return completed application, attachments, and necessary paperwork to United Way of Southeast Alaska by 5:00 PM on Friday, January 13, 2012.
