Campaign Chair 2022

Andy Kline

2022 Campaign Chair

United Way of Southeast Alaska is proud to announce a dynamic individual who will be leading United Way of Southeast Alaska’s annual giving campaign.  Andy Kline looks forward to building on past success and stretching the campaign goal to $375,000 while also increasing both donors and donations.

United Way of Southeast Alaska’s Board Chair, Emil Mackey in making the announcement during the United Way presentation to the Juneau Chamber. said "We really appreciate Andy taking on this important challenge. The annual campaign helps to fund United Way's fight for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in every community across Southeast Alaska. Everyone deserves the opportunity to have a quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to support a family through retirement, and good health. Andy is a great ambassador for these causes. We know that he will do an excellent job."

Andy is the Marketing Manager for Alaska Seaplanes and has worked and volunteered in the public broadcasting in Southeast Alaska for over 30 years and has also worked in IT management and planning for the State of Alaska. Andy pointed to his work in organizing and hosting non-profit fundraising events as experience he will draw from as he approaches chairing the annual campaign. "I've seen the generosity of Southeast Alaska do amazing things for the people who live here," Kline said. "And the United Way plays such a vital role of coordinating services for our residents. Statistics have shown that 1 in 3 people will use a United Way partner agency in their lifetime-so the money that is donated ends up serving our families, neighbors, co-workers and entire community."

We are honored to have Andy serve as our 2022 Campaign Chair.
